FEC should be sued in the event that they fail to reply to Trump and Kushner and illegally elevate $ 617 million in marketing campaign funds

The Campaign Legal Center threatens to sue the FEC if they fail to crack down on Trump and Kushner’s illegal $ 617 million campaign funding program.

Adav Noti, Senior Director of the Campaign Legal Center (CLC), tweeted:

This “company” was created only to hide where the Trump campaign money was going. Very, very illegal. We filed a formal @FEC complaint months ago and will soon sue the FEC if they don’t respond. https://t.co/QIBjCMOFUo

It is clear that the purpose of the Shell firm founded by Trump and Kushner was to suck up funds from the presidential campaign and pass them on to Trump’s family members and other employees. The Shell firm was a way of avoiding disclosure laws and making illegal spending.

The media focuses on the idea that Kushner started the Shell company, but overlooks the fact that everything the Trump / Kushner / Pence family members did was very illegal. Shifting funds to a Shell company was a criminal conspiracy, and it would be shocking if the Biden administration’s Justice Department didn’t also conduct a full investigation, as the activities appear to have gone beyond campaign funding violations.
