Sheila Kuehl, a Los Angeles County manager, voted last week to ban outdoor dining only to be caught eating al fresco a few hours later.
Kuehl is the latest in a line of democratic banned politicians caught breaking their own rules.
Kuehl: Eating outdoors is “an extremely dangerous situation”
Last Tuesday, LA District regulator Sheila Kuehl, along with the rest of the board of directors, voted to introduce a three-week outdoor dining ban for restaurants in Los Angeles beginning November 25 to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
As the number of new COVID-19 cases remains alarming and the number of people in hospitals continues to grow, the LA County Health Officer’s ordinance will be amended to stop eating in restaurants, breweries, wineries, and bars from Wednesday, April 25th November, restrict at 10:00 pm pic.twitter.com/SQo08dF63A

During the meeting, Kuehl described eating outdoors as “an extremely dangerous situation” and claimed that customers who would visit the restaurant without a mask could potentially expose any of their servers to the coronavirus.
“This is a serious health emergency and we have to take it seriously,” continued Kuehl.
“The servers are not protected from us, and they are not protected from their other tables that they are serving at that particular time, as well as any hours they are working.”

However, Fox 11 in Los Angeles discovered that Kuehl was dining outside at Il Forno Trattoria in Santa Monica just hours after the vote to ban outdoor dining
The Italian restaurant in the immediate vicinity of her house has been named one of her favorites in the past.
The restaurant manager told Fox’s Bill Melugin that the restaurant “didn’t want to interfere” and declined to comment.
However, Kuehl’s office made a brief statement about her appearance in the restaurant.
“She ate outside at Il Forno on the last day when it was allowed,” the statement said.
“She loves Il Forno and is saddened that, like so many restaurants, it is suffering from a decline in sales. She ate there, took appropriate precautions and will unfortunately only eat there again when our health orders allow it. “

Democratic politicians are constantly flaunting their own blocking rules
Kuehl has been beaten up by local restaurant owners for her hypocrisy, which “blown her mind”.
“That sends a message that we’re getting instructions from people who don’t really believe in messages they are making,” said Michael Voltaggio.
“To me, it’s just evidence of the ongoing hypocrisy and lack of guidance and education about what’s going on right now in this type of shoot from the hip mindset that doesn’t do anyone any good,” he added.
She’s not the only politician to be flaunted when she claims she will protect us all from the coronavirus pandemic.
Over the year we’ve seen several Democratic politicians set up the rules to break them and then pretend it wasn’t a big deal.
In April, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot flaunted her own quarantine rules for getting a haircut from a salon and defended her decision by claiming that as the “public face of this city” she had to look good for the cameras .
“I’m in the national media and in public,” she told a reporter.
“I take my personal hygiene very seriously. Like I said, I felt like I needed a haircut. I can’t do this myself so I got a haircut. Wanna talk more about it “
Last week, California Governor Gavin Newsom was caught at a maskless dinner where 22 people, not 12 on his own terms, raised $ 15,000.
EXCLUSIVE: We received photos of Governor Gavin Newsom at the Napa dinner party where he is in hot water. The photos question how dinner was outside. A witness who took pictures tells us that his group was so noisy that the sliding doors had to be closed. 10 p.m. on @FOXLA pic.twitter.com/gtOVEwa864

Newsom downplayed its apparent violation of the ban rules by downplaying it as a simple mistake rather than an irresponsible, criminal act as it would be if it were an ordinary American.
“We are all human. Sometimes we all missed out, ”he argued.

Why should we obey the restrictions if it isn’t?
There are so many more examples including Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, whose husband was caught trying to get his boat into a marina due to restrictions.
CNN spokesman Chris Cuomo flaunted his own brother’s rules by breaking quarantine for a run.
House Democratic leaders have canceled lavish plans for an indoor dinner after a public backlash.
It’s not even just America.
In the UK, a Scottish National Party MP who beat up Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s advisor for allegedly violating the lockdown rules and even urged him to resign himself broke them by riding on a train after testing positive!
You really have to ask yourself why the people who apply these restrictions don’t think about whether or not to follow them, why should any of us?
