President Donald Trump’s lawsuit over Pennsylvania’s electoral process was dismissed by a federal appeals court on Friday. That decision paves the way for Trump to take this lawsuit to the Supreme Court, which he has been doing for weeks.
Trump can take this to the Supreme Court
Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani argued in a lower court that widespread electoral fraud had taken place in the state, officially won by Joe Biden with more than 80,000 votes. However, the 3rd US Court of Appeals ruled that “the campaign claims have no value”.
“The activist judicial machine in Pennsylvania continues to cover up allegations of massive fraud. We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to present evidence and facts to the PA State legislature. Off to SCOTUS! “said Jenna Ellis, Trump’s attorney and campaign advisor.

The Court of Appeals upheld the ruling by US District Judge Matthew Brann, who said the Trump campaign complaint was “arbitrarily stitched together like Frankenstein’s monster.”

Judges decide against Trump
All three justices on the Court of Appeal were appointed by Republican presidents, according to Fox News.
“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Injustice charges are grave. But calling a choice unfair doesn’t make it that way. Fees require specific allegations and then proof. We don’t have any here, ”wrote Judge Stephanos Bibas in his decision.
Although various media outlets have declared Biden the election winner, Trump has continued to fight legal challenges in various states. He has claimed that his lawsuits will prove that the election was “rigged” and will expose widespread electoral fraud.
Trump will keep fighting
Trump admitted Thursday that “it will be very difficult to admit” because he claims that “massive fraud” occurred in the election.
“Whether we can get this machine moving quickly or not – because time is not on our side, everything else is on our side, the facts are on our side, this was a massive fraud,” said Trump. “This was a rigged choice … this race is far from over.”
