Decide dismisses GOP Michigan Voter Fraud lawsuit

A Michigan judge dismissed a lawsuit to block the confirmation of the election results for lack of evidence.

ABC News reported:

In his decision, Kenny challenged a number of affidavits presented as evidence in the case – similar to what happened in Pennsylvania – where several respondents alleged they witnessed numerous activities of fraudulent behavior during the counting process.

“The plaintiffs rely on numerous affidavits from electoral challengers that paint a picture of sinister fraudulent activity both openly in the TCF center and under the cover of darkness,” writes Kenny, noting that these allegations were made by an electoral professional ” decidedly contradicted “were by the defense. “

Trump’s observers haven’t completed witness training, so their complaints about ballots come from people who don’t know what they’re seeing and they complain about partisans based on what they read on Trump’s Twitter account and see on Fox News.

The voting was an open process involving witnesses from both parties and television cameras. There is nothing hidden about the way the votes were counted. As John Bolton said, there is no evidence of fraud. Trump’s own lawyers have stated in court that they are not arguing a fraud case.

Trump and the Republican Party’s efforts to legally challenge Joe Biden’s election have failed as judges across the country toss the Trump cases out of court almost as quickly as they come in.
