Hillary Clinton celebrates Biden’s alleged victory – calling it a “rejection” of Trump

Hillary Clinton has reached out on social media to celebrate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s alleged victory over Donald Trump in the elections. This is a “new side” for America.

Hillary celebrates Biden Win

“Voters have spoken and selected @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris as our next president and vice president,” Clinton tweeted after various media outlets named Biden the winner.

“It’s a ticket to history, a rejection of Trump and a new side for America,” added the twice-failed presidential candidate. “Thank you to everyone who contributed. Together further. “

Clinton announced last month that she is one of 538 voters in Electoral College and will serve as one of 29 New York delegates should the state vote in favor of Biden and Harris.

“I’m a voter in New York,” Clinton told SiriusXM’s “Signal Boost”. “I am sure I will be able to vote for Joe [Biden] and [Harris] in New York. That’s pretty exciting. “

Although Clinton led various fundraising drives for Biden, she never joined the roster of his campaign surrogates.

“We are very grateful that Secretary Clinton supports her and is very grateful for the work she has done to support our ticket, from hosting grassroots fundraisers to mobilizing voters in battlefield states through virtual events,” Mike Gwin, associate director of quick response for the Biden campaign, said Fox News.

Trump doesn’t give up

President Trump said Saturday that he would not accept the prediction that Biden will win the election, according to The Hill.

“The simple fact is that this election is far from over,” said Trump. “Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any state, let alone one of the highly competitive states heading for mandatory recounts or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate winner.”
