In 4 phrases, Biden calms a nation whereas Trump tries to burn democracy down

In just four words, Joe Biden responded to Donald Trump’s dangerous speech on Thursday evening by attempting to calm the nation at a time when Trump is effectively trying to burn democracy down.

“Keep the faith, folks,” Biden said shortly after Trump threw a tantrum from the White House briefing room.

Keep the faith folks.

Biden’s message was in stark contrast to Trump, who used his remarks on Thursday evening to whine about the polls, spit out conspiracy theories and scream fraud over legally cast votes in various swing states.

Biden is already acting the way President America needs it

America is in the midst of several crises, from a still-raging pandemic to an economic crash to growing social unrest.

In either case, Donald Trump either ignores the crisis or dumps gasoline on the fire for his own political gain.

Now that election results increasingly show that Trump is on the way to defeat, Trump is trying to burn democracy down on the way to the door.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is doing what the President of America needs right now – someone who projects strength and stability at a time when the temperature needs to be lowered.

It’s been about 48 hours since the polls closed Tuesday night and Joe Biden is already acting like the President of the United States.
