It is undeniable that Trump will kill American citizens to promote his chance for re-election. And if he can't kill Americans like his hero Adolf Hitler, he sends Brownshirts to impose extrajudicial punishments, like all the tyrannical despots he emulates.
If an American has to understand how terribly Trump is decimating American freedom, and the constitution that they believe guarantees certain freedoms, a judge's decision last Thursday should clarify how perverse America is under a tyrant.
A district judge problematic an injunction on Thursday "to protect journalists from trying to film, be driven out, arrested or threatened"The extrajudicial atrocities committed by Trump's stormtroopers in Portland, Oregon. Oddly enough, the judge's order did not protect peaceful demonstrators who exercised their First Amendment rights from Trump's thugs.
Evidence from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of a dozen incidents of journalists being beaten, bombarded with "impact ammunition" and exposed to chemical weapons convinced the district judge to hold back Trump's fascist killers. but only for 14 days and only because of abuse of journalists. It is irrelevant that Trumps "StasiThey were not trained in crowd control, had no ID, and were armed for war because they were there to inflict pain – and not to protect federal property. The 14-day injunction is clear that Trump will not only be admitted Gestapo agents In order to beat, refuel and fire at journalists, the brown shirts cannot confiscate their cameras, recording devices or press cards. Trumps bat I can't even tell journalists to stop filming.
Now it is an abomination that in a once free nation a Trump judge must officially "hold back" Secret police denying American citizens their constitutional rights, but that's the situation in Trump's America. And, according to Trump's right-hander, Attorney General William Barr, the judge's verdict is just a toothless threat. according to To Barr, who speaks for Trump: Of course, demonstrators and reporters have been beaten, kidnapped, gassed, shot and mistreated, and are likely to be beaten, gassed, and shot again, and there is nothing anyone can do to prevent this. This is Trump's regime, and no judge, governor, or constitutional guarantee of freedoms will stop the tyrant or his secret police.
It is not the case that the federal government is prevented from using federal law enforcement officers to protect federal property, they certainly are not. Trump's paramilitary forces, however, persecute innocent Americans and journalists far beyond the periphery of federal property they were supposed to protect. It is almost certain that Trump's camouflage beaters have been given permission to hit, shoot, and use chemical weapons against American citizens who exercise their rights guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution.
The first change to the Constitution is very clear that in America the freedom of the press and the right of Americans to "gather peacefully … to remedy the situation" must not be curtailed. Of course, both a free press and people's right to assemble are an integral part of the constitutional guarantee of freedom of speech – something that Trump despises almost as much as he hates the constitution.
There is a reason why Trump praises tyrants and despots like Vladimir Putin. Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, Kim Jong Unand Saudi Arabia Brutality towards demonstrators;; He loves the idea of abusing every American who opposes his tyranny. And after abusing the constitutional rights of American citizens in Portland with impunity, he's about to let go of his brown shirts on other Americans living in states ruled by Democrats. The Republicans have been silent all along and participated in Trump's tyranny.
One indication of how quickly these atrocities will escalate and spread across the country is that the judge's decision "held back" Trump's thugs for only 14 days. It contained no restriction on Trump's disguised thugs who used chemical weapons, firearms, kidnappings, and blows on peaceful demonstrators. It is worth repeating ad nauseam that neither the journalists who granted a 14-day reparation nor the demonstrators violated the law, but actually exercised their constitutionally guaranteed civil rights enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.
The events in Portland were not a big surprise in Trump's America. Especially after he and William Barr allowed chemical weapons to be used by peaceful demonstrators in Washington DC so Trump could signal his hideous evangelical base that their demands for control over other Americans would be met. If America had a attorney general who is least concerned with protecting the constitutional rights of all Americans, anyone who ordered that peaceful demonstrators be gassed would be brought to justice. In Trump's America, however, the judiciary is reserved for convicted criminals who serve the special interests of Donald J. Trump.
The simple fact that the executive head and his henchman who heads the Department of Justice are restricting an American's constitutional rights is a sign that America is a failed democracy. However, Trump has been working towards this failed democracy exactly since his badly attended inauguration when he condemned the U.S. Constitution as bad for the Americans. Since he cannot annul the constitution, which is basically what he does, he only pretends that it does not exist. If this way of thinking is not a constitutional crisis, the sun will not rise in the east.
America is in the claws of a tyrannical dictator, and it is noteworthy that Republicans have willingly enabled Trump's unconstitutional tyranny since he swore two Christian Bibles to preserve, support, and defend the constitution. the document that he considers worthless because it is impossible to benefit from it.
